Do you provide onsite support?
Our services are fully remote. All support, patching, monitoring, and strategic services are delivered virtually — ideal for distributed teams.
Can you support devices we don’t own (BYOD)?
Yes — we provide guidance and can offer security hygiene checks, but the client is responsible for enforcing software agent installations on employee-owned (BYOD) devices.
Yes, under our Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages. We include anti-malware and patching services, but these require agent installation. Without the agent, we can’t guarantee protection.

If we avail cybersecurity protection, are we hack proof?
No system is ever completely hack-proof. Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility between our team and yours. We provide the tools, guidelines, and best practices to minimize risks — but protecting your data also requires awareness and action on your end. Together, we reduce vulnerabilities and improve your security posture, but no solution can guarantee 100% protection from all threats.
Do you install tools on our company computers or BYOD devices?
Yes, for certain services such as patch management, endpoint protection, or security hygiene checks, we recommend installing lightweight software agents. These tools are non-intrusive and do not access personal files or data. For BYOD devices, installation is optional and left to the discretion of the user or your internal policy. We will guide you, but enforcement is your responsibility.
Are we locked into a long-term contract?
We operate on a flexible month-to-month payment model, but we do ask for a minimum 12-month service commitment. This helps us plan resources and deliver consistent, high-quality service. After the initial 12 months, you can continue month-to-month or renew annually.
We invoice in advance. The invoice is issued on the 1 st of the month and due within 5 days. This ensures licences and services are funded before they’re delivered. Example , For July Invoice, we issue it on July 1st, that covers the month of July from July 1 - 31
Your first invoice will include: • a pro-rated amount for the remaining days of the current month, plus • the full fee for the next month (to place you on the regular pre-pay cycle). Optional onboarding fees (for discovery and agent deployment) may appear on the same invoice.
